I find the idea of change very exciting. Having your expectations subverted and have something unexpected happen can be really fun, especially relating to people. And it can be sexy, depending on the person.
It's fun when people change, especially when you have some attachment to or investment in them. Maybe its a long time friend who changed their style or got sluttier out of nowhere. Maybe its a colleague who fucked someone unexpected. Maybe an ex you stayed close to got involved in something kinky. Anything along those lines!
I'm less interested in hearing about romantic partners, and more interested in hearing about friends, colleagues, crushes, etc. I have a friend of my own to talk about.
