You know how it is. I was at a local bar on Friday night and all of the employees are women with nice bottoms. I swear it's always the bottom, they are often attractive or busty, but not always, but always with a nice pair of leggings or a skirt or something.

Were you hired for these reasons when you were a student or if you're a receptionist? How does it make you feel? Do you feel like you're beating the system or a victim of it? It must be an emotional double edged sword right?

Obviously I would like to say I'm different but if I was hiring waitresses, I'd probably have at least some unconscious bias in this direction.
