Most times someone says training, they mean basic instruction. They expect the act of telling you what to do is training in and of itself, and lack a sense of underlying method to structure the experience or sound principles and concrete goals to guide the effort
Here's what I mean by training
Think about how long an artist practices to learn to sketch, learning things by doing that they couldn't learn just by imagining. Think about how the trumpet player has to practice to get their lips and lungs strong enough to blow, even if they can read music. Think about how before you run a marathon, you better have been putting in the work well before. Excellence isn't a trait you normally just accident your way into
What I mean by training is mental fortitude, physical stamina, habit formation, environmental cues, schedules and routines, frequent communication. All aimed at establishing or influencing behavior aligned towards certain goals. Goals we will define and work towards together, your effort and devotion mixed with my oversight and accountability
What I mean is the application of small but meaningful efforts, consistently over time, not heroic efforts that ask too much too often and lead to burn out. Things you can actually manage to do but which still challenge you, and as familiarity makes those things too comfortable, we adjust and modify and augment until the challenge is back and you are once again growing and making progress
I know where I'm posting this and you know where you're reading it. What kind of goals and training? Common ones are anal training, oral and deep throat, enhancing pain thresholds, becoming more comfortable with humiliation and sexual embarrassment. Also common scenarios are edging, masturbation, and orgasm training, both people who want to edge for longer (gooning included) and people who have a hard time cumming and want to do it more often and more easily. I've worked with switches who want to do more subbing, ENM and poly individuals whose other dynamics don't allow them the expression they need, first timers, long haulers, from refresher courses to longer term
