Writing this from the drivers seat of my car. I just spent the last hour at the gym. Got a good sweat going before heading in to the locker room to shower before work starts on this Monday morning. Gym locker rooms can often be an awkward place, people trying to change and shower discreetly surrounded by people they don’t know. That may be true but they are also pretty sexy, sweaty men and women after a workout in athletic attire, endorphins flowing, bodies looking their best. It’s built for temptation. As someone who only goes to the gym late at night and early in the morning it’s usually pretty dead, only a few around and allows time for a lot of fun. I was the only one in the men’s locker room this morning and I felt a little temptation coming on just from what I saw out on the treadmills but I didn’t act on it. I’m starting to regret it and I have a feeling that my entire work day I’m going to feel pent up.
