21 [M4F] #MO Not even sure what I am looking for

Hello there and thanks for stopping to read my post.

I (21 M) have been with my girlfriend (21 F) for 5 years now. We’ve been through a lot including about 2 years of long distance at one point. I’ve always known that she’s got in interest in women. She expressed before that in the future she wanted to give it a shot. We never fully talked, but it was a kinda-maybe-yes-probably type of situation. lol. By that I mean it wasn’t a definite answer, but basically came down to “yes but there’s more details to talk about than just that”

Some time after that talk was the 2 years of LDR. Long story short, I got depression and some other things and it totally fucked with my sex drive. My girlfriend didn’t mind much, because she didn’t have a high sex drive at all. It was really low. I was always the one initiating the moves.

It’s also important to note that with my depression, part involved hating myself and how I look. So then… we just hardly ever had sex. I mean maybe once every 3-4 months maybe. In addition, we are both more submissive and she is pretty vanilla. I’m kinky.

Well fast forward to maybe 8-9 months ago. She told me that she is polyamorous and wants to pursue a friend of hers. I am all for it and after learning up, I decided to give it a whirl.

The problem is, what I am missing from my relationship now is sex…. No one just wants to have sex with a guy like me. I’m not tall, I don’t have abs. I’m just short nerdy white guy with a dad bod. Plus people already just think I’m a cheater.

Any advice or even just your opinion on the matter would be helpful. I like looking at thing from different perspectives sometimes. Okay, I’m gonna stop now cause I sound like a loser. lol.
