I’m in my late 30s but have a fucked up relationship with sex. Major problem is that I have an incredibly difficult time orgasming, even if it’s me alone. I’d like to find a safe way to learn what I’m doing wrong, how to improve. From what i’ve read there are some dungeons and SPTs that are legal, safe and might help. Anyone know of any in Michigan?
