So for a long long loooong time I have been desperate for a roleplay that has been on my mind for forever and a day.

I want to play a villain in a world of heros like in My Hero academia or one punch man. Where heros are an every day sight and, more importantly, they and villians are ranked on both online forums and official government rankings.

I want to play a villain in a sexualized version of MHA or a world inspired by it. But more specifically I want to play a villain that a world like this really needs. MHA is just so serious isn't it? Everyone so drab and serious all the time with so many moral conundrums and angry screaming and no joy in the fight. A world like that just needs a villain that has fun! A villain that's campy and tongue in cheek and has a bit of old school silver age comic book fun!

So that's the premise. A fun new villain on the scene who has some fun and brightens the mood with the overly serious and dramatic heros.
