Aru'un was born into clan Crimson Fang, a clan renowned for their fury in battle, never surrendering, never retreating. The clan was small as a result, many younger or weaker orcs died very quickly because of this. However those who lived well past adulthood became legends amongst the other clans, such that any fully grown and living Crimson Fang orc had full access to all other clans and their rights. They may choose a mate of any clan, trade or live with any clan they desired, so long as they can prove their heritage. One day, when Aru'un was a young adult, their clan was attacked by an enemy of unknown origin. In classic Crimson Fang fashion the invaders were met with staunch resistance. The siege raged for a full week, but even with every orc slaying foes by the dozen the invaders still surged on. Never tiring, never ending. Aru'un watched as even the eldest, strongest, and bravest of his clan fell to the unnatural horde. Soon, all who were left was himself and the clan chieftain. They fought with none but each other for hours, before the chieftain was dealt a mortal blow. With his dying breath the chieftain cast a spell that Aru'un never heard of or understands, but when the chief gave his last breath Aru'un felt the fire of those who fell become one with him. The vengeful spirits of his clan gave him their fury, courage, and strength. With this newfound might Aru'un fought the endless horde, these unnatural abominations would know his wrath, they would all feel the vengenge of Clan Crimson fang, and these beasts would learn fear. When Aru'un awoke from his blind rage he looked about him. Mountains of putrid bodies lay across a blood soaked landscape. With his newfound purpose he seeks retribution against those that slaughtered his kin, but first the other clans and races must be warned of this unknown threat
