As you may guess I am looking for something similar MHA where heros are everywhere and government regulated sort of like a police force but with supers.

Freedom city! Shining beacon of hope and prosperity for all. Why only visit the many monuments of pompous superheroes and crazy OP heroines to see that truly we are all equal and safe here. All of us love the super heros. There's even lists and government sites ranking all of them!

However there are... other sites. For those who the heros fight against. People who, with powers or not, simply want to do evil or horrible deeds. Take the easy route, eat that cookie, rob a bank, steal the spotlight with their bombastic extravagance! Only to be defeated by those aforementioned pompous heros and OP heroines. Today we shall follow one specific new villain on the block. Looking to make a name for himself and become more than some D-list evil doer

This is Riley. Aka: the Supervillain known as Show Stopper. He is 5 feet tall, has pale white skin, bright blue eyes and blond hair that goes down to the floor. He is very proud of his hair. His costume is that of a modern magicians uniform complete with tail coat and top hat. Of course he has a mask. What supervillain would be complete without one? It is specifically a white comedy mask of theater. How so very iconic. However he was not a villain. Could never dream of it before he moved to the city. No he moved there to become a magician. He has powers gained through genetics and grit. He has all the powers of a magician made manifest into real magic. He can control cards, making them fly around in the air, harden into steel, even take on the forms of men. He can create great plumes of smoke from his palms for a getaway or a distraction. His can reach into his hat and pull out any item he can see. And for his last trick! He can walk on thin air! But... it was pointless. His acts were never flashy or eye catching enough for the public with all the heros around. He could never get their attention. He would never make it as a hero either. All the licensing and paper work would kill him. So he turned to option number two after a night of drunken stupor. He would become a villain. But not just any villain. The flashiest most exciting villain to ever live! He just has to start from the bottom

Now I am looking for a GM to help me bring this setting story and character to life. I am also hoping to find people who are able and willing to build up the lore of the world a bit.

As for nsfw content and other such things well. There will always be points in the story that have dirty bits! And we can make them as dirty and sexy as you want! But it will be mostly story with a lot of build up and interaction between characters before sex.
