A lot has changed in the years since the first vampires appeared. The world looks much the same, thanks to clever politicians that were able to make certain pacts with the new superior species. There are a few key differences though... humans can still go about their daily lives, but a mandatory blood donation every month must be given at specially regulated blood banks. That is how the majority of vampires feed without their being risk of unnecessary deaths to humans.

There are certain places, mostly owned and operated by wealthy vampires, that cater to those that want a fresh source of food. Underground clubs that bring in humans for entertainment and food pop up frequently and are virtually untouchable by human law enforcement due to vampires paying them off with money, drugs, and whatever else.

Another aspect of the new society is those vampires that are wealthy enough to do whatever they want, being almost above the law because of fear on part of the humans. Those wealthy vampires often take people right off the street or have shipments in the human trafficking market brought in regularly to keep a steady supply. Humans know there is very little that can be done, so most use a blind eye to this kind of thing when they see people being restrained and taken; it is widely known that they won't be seen again unless it is a body drained of life in some wealthy vampires trash heap.

Hopefully this idea catches somebody's interest as much as it has mine. I'm into a great many things that we can talk about more in depth so we know what kind of story sounds the best. I basically want to expand on this idea, myself playing a very powerful vampire businessman with a harem of human girls of various shapes, sizes, and races; some will be willing because of the pleasure a vampire can give while feeding and others won't be so willing.
