I'm happy for you to play M or F in this and there's a number of options.
We could be good friends and one day I spot you're sex machine. Intrigued, I start asking about it.
You could be the local, hobbyist engineer who's discovered that there's decent money in making these machines.
Maybe there's even a showroom, where you work. Different models and options to choose from.

I'm happy with some porn logic around this, shouldn't be too serious.
