As my therapist you actually couldn’t care less about my well being or improvement. You find my issues a turn on and would rather find manipulative ways to pressure me into continuing my lewd acts. Another unhealthy coping mechanism I have is licking on or sucking my own cock. I desperately want to stop, but you can convince me that I must keep doing it as part of the process to stop.
