I need some dirty dave advice here:

recently opened a business and tried to consolidate some higher interest cards onto a 0% balance transfer. I thought hey either this works or no harm no foul. I was diving bead first into the balance transfer game!!!

I walked in asking for 10k...they offer 3k. I told them there is no point in consolidating 2-3 of my things when I want an all or nothing solution.

30 days later I get a bill statement email. I never got a card. I never signed up for it and reported it as fraud. They claim the card was issued but no card was sent and they balance transferred around $2500.00. They investigate and basically do nothing and send me a 50.00 check for the inconvenience.

Keep in mind the following: - I have not agreed to this card, balance, etc - the personal Banker is on record saying I didn't want the card and this shouldn't have happened. (The first investigation notes).

I go into a branch and speak with the manager. They call with me and we do complaint #2.

They try to tell me they can't return the balance transfer. On the card that shouldn't exist....that I never agreed to....and while I have been letting the disputes go are charging me late fees...interest and late fees for a card I never authorized and reporting to my credit report.

After not being happy with dispute 2...they are opening a 3rd dispute.

How the heck do I get this removed from my credit report. I don't care if I need to pay the balance or have it reversed...but I do not want a card opened and shut in a 45 day period. That will kill your score.

Tldr: played balance transfer game...fucked around and found out through no fault of my own.

Reason for the balance: waiting on insurance reimbursements. They started to come in and should be able to cover it all by Christmas.
