Addicted to sexting

I’ve been with my boyfriend (20m) for a while and things have been going good. But I’m getting a little restless. I’ve been using Reddit to find guys to sext behind his back and I keep telling myself to stop, but every time I do I just come back a couple days later even hornier.
I know it’s not fair to him, I should let him go or stop this. But I just don’t know how to do either of those things. Has anyone else been in a situation like this? What am I supposed to do?
