In my last post I explained that cultural shock I faced by women's naughtiness in this country. Some patients leave me really excited after I see them, and sometimes I'm not sure if I should go further with their insinuations.

I have this patient in her mid 30's, thin but pretty body, brunette hair, light brown sparkling eyes. She likes wearing skirts and every time she comes to me, always request to lay down for the procedures, no matter if it's just a vaccine, taking blood...she says she always feels light headed in the presence of needles and needs to be in a bed. I have seen her around 6-7 times, but it wasn't until the 3rd that I realized she likes to accidentally show her panties. When she goes up to the bed, she always goes like crawling, in a way that she slightly exposes her ass to me, and when she has to go down, she bends her knees toward her chest and then turns to step on the ladder, showing her underwear during that movement. First time I thought it was an accident, but now I see she does that intentionally when I'm looking at her. I must confess it turns me on to see her panties, been if it's just a glimpse. I have seen she likes to use lace underwear and thongs, and always get a slight boner when I see them, imagining how it would be to remove them with my teeth. She has thin legs, but they are always tanned and sexy, and I imagine how it would be to rest them on my shoulders. And every time we finish, she likes to tell me how much she likes to come with me because I'm gentle and my hands are soft to do the job. I looked for her social media and discovered she is a mum, and that turns me on more, but I'm not sure if should approach her and how. I'm not used to women being so naughty in a health-care environment.
