My neighbor is a sexy single mother with a daughter who is a 19 year old freshman in college. Mother and daughter both have curves in all the right places. Every time I’m outside working she will come over and flirt. Sometimes if I’m out back working I will see her outside in her little bikini. She will stand up and bend over to pick up her towel and walk over to say hi. The towel is never wrapped around her though and her bikini barely covers anything. I’m sure she enjoys seeing the bulge in my pants when she is there. I keep hoping we wind up having sex.
