As of recently I've decided to use the neighbor's schedule lining up with mine to tease her. She's single, early 20's and keeps to herself (never any guests and doesn't go out). She is so secluded that after years nobody on the street knows her name.

She works overnights and is coming home when I typically am in the bathroom getting ready. Id often see her headlights coming and know she will immediately walk her dog around the yard a few times. Thoughts of opening the curtains have always crossed my mind. I finally went for it, it's been almost a week of it everyday. I've set my phone up in the window to see if she is looking... SHE IS! Only a time or two each time and no stares. Yesterday morning after I went out for a smoke and she randomly walked the dog around after already heading inside. She came out in a t-shirt and shorts with her nipples blazing. I can only assume it was intentional since she never takes the dog out twice in a row. Later in the afternoon she was in a tight dress which is also out of the norm. I also seen she was watching the house. This morning she seemed to get outside with the dog a lot faster than usual...
