It’s obviously not an uncommon fantasy / kink - the entire nurse / doctor / patient story but wanted to share my experience from today.

First of all I don’t mind the dentist and go regularly. It’s not generally a kink of mine to view these visits as sexual in anyway but today my mind was already in a dirty place from reddit.

For some reason today the dentist instead of the hygienist was the person to start my cleaning. Honestly it seemed like she was less practiced with some of the cleaning / rinsing / washing tools. At one point she kind of “missed” with the rinse and said something to the effect of “whoa got you really wet there…don’t mean to drown you” - which when you are laid back essentially at crotch level with your dentist is liable to send one’s mind on a tangent.

The hygienist then took over for the rest of the cleaning. She was very attractive - mid 40’s curvy in all the right ways and wearing scrubs.

She sat down and cleaned in a way that at least a part of her was always in contact with me. She actually had her legs spread at one point and my elbow / shoulder were definitely resting against her inner thigh. At one point she stated “let’s lower this chair a bit more” which then allowed her breasts to be in contact with my head.

I think my bulge was well hidden by my jeans but she could have very well seen.

I didn’t take anything farther (obviously) and am not in anyway suggesting it was intentional. But I don’t mind thinking that it might have been.
