In the spirit of New Years resolutions in this hectic time I decided to create this 1-week training plan for girls who are thinking about dabbling a bit in the submissive space and want to do it in a thought-through and organized way rather than in an ad-hoc "now be my slut" manner.

While I do not have anything against a quick and dirty fun, it is not what I am looking for through this post and would appreciate you not contacting me with gooning requests.

Now, every good plan needs an advertisement, right? So what will you gain from this one? 7 daily tasks focusing on different kinds of your personality exploring your submissive side from various angles. As a result of your plan, you and me will will both gain better understanding of your personality and of whether it does or does not make sense to continue to a more advanced training plan.

Every plan is personalized and thus needs a little introduction - this can be best done in a 45min chat discussion. If you would feel better filling in a form I can send you all the questions at once, but it might miss some of the essential clarifications. After processing your answers I will prepare a plan just for you and you will get a message that your plan can start and your first task of the day. You can start doing the task on a later day is preferred, but remaining 6 tasks will come in on a daily basis.

There is no need for you to complete the tasks - refusing to complete a task can be similarly valuable as doing it from the perspective of final evaluation. To be useful, though, it is essential that you clearly formulate why you refuse to complete the task.
