I’m very interested in the how and why of sex. Why we are what we are, why we act like we do and like what we do. I’ve recently read a few facts about sex and our bodies that made me think what they were used for or developed for. Like how the head of a penis is made to sculp sperm out of the vagina (apparently of the last penis that was in it) or how men produce more sperm when they see another men ejaculate. There are also all kinds of kinks and fetishes. Where do they come from?
When talking earlier to a guy here, he spoke about a theory that a woman’s orgasm is so hard and takes so long is as an evolutionary advantage. It is after all a sort of reward for sex with multiple men (which takes longer) to increase the chances of pregnancy (in pre-ancient times). I don’t know if that is a realistic depiction of the past but it made me think about the subject.
I really like talking about the biology of sex, about the evolutionary aspects, the mental aspects, how everything developed into what it is now. How were different and similar to the animal world. That is what interests me and what I’d like to talk about. Are you interested in that too or actually had some research on it? I’d like to talk about it. See you in the reddit chat! I can talk in either Dutch or English.
