Hey there! 35/M/CA here. I'm 6'0, muscled, fit build as I go to the gym a lot, but still kind of a nerd at heart.
I traveled to Europe a few years ago and got the chance to spend the day at a nude, co-ed bath house. I was surprised at the mix of people there (both young and old, both very attractive and some less-so), and found the whole experience to be really liberating and kind of fun. It was a little nerve-wracking at first, but soon you realize how relaxed and casual an environment it is, even if it can be hard to keep your eyes from wandering from time to time! The freedom of walking around dressed like the day you were born (even in a bathrobe feels way more comfortable), the delight of knowing the people there feel liberated in their own skin and how everyone generally accepts it. Everyone behaves politely and is there to unwind and relax.
This has eventually turned into a bit of a thing for my partner and I - we really enjoy being casually nude, either alone or with friends, usually in places where it makes sense (spas, beaches, jacuzzis), but we love the idea of taking it even further.
