Like in the locker room or at the beach, or even maybe the doctor. Sometimes seeing someone attractive or unattractive in the nude but in a normal, non sexual setting can be an interesting mental experiment.
Is their body language confident? Insecure? Shy? How do you think they feel about their body?
How do you feel? Are you trying not to look? Are you struggling to not look? Will you make eye contact? How do you feel being nude in non sexual settings? Working in music and theatre, green room changing just happens which leads to seeing both genders nude or partially in platonic settings often. I’ve always noticed, you can tell the people new to the industry immediately based on how their body language is in the green room. If they can make it seem like it’s no big deal, they’ve been there before. But we all still have thoughts right?
I often find myself mentally comparing myself or comparing them to people I’ve been with. I don’t know why, but my brain is always playing the comparison game. Maybe you can relate? Let’s chat and unpack this concept!
