You have all of these other important attributes but then when you turn up for your first day, you realise you're just eye candy. And the outfit/uniform is tight leggings or every other female employee is wearing something revealing.
Just a little bit of fantasy fun that if I ran a bar I'd only hire nice looking women. And I do have a local bar that's just like this.
Of course in practice I'd hire based on competence but sadly not all hiring managers are as competency based as I am.
