As people, we all want to be admired for our brains and personality as well as our looks. But you think your boss basically only hires attractive women. I deal with spreadsheets so luckily isn't something I have to worry about.
Does this make you feel undervalued or is it just totally normal for you? I wouldn't hire on this basis but if I was hiring for bottle girls, maybe I would.
