So many women are hired by thirsty guys (presumably hot guys by women too but I'm less interested in that haha). But do you think it was your winning smile or other assets that got you the job?

I work in a professional environment, so I would hire based on competency alone, but it's not public facing roles I'm recruiting for.

Would you think about this when deciding what to wear to the interview? Or is it one of those things you'd rather not think about? Or indeed do you actively try to stay away from these situations as it will make your life more difficult?
