It's not universally popular but there's something that's hot about fake looking women. It doesn't work for everyone, and not every type of procedure works, but there's definitely a sort of guilty pleasure about admiring women who have resorted to plastic surgery to up their sex appeal. I don't care so much for nose jobs or facial filler, but boobjobs, butt lifts, lip fillers, and all the cosmetics - dyed hair, false lashes, acrylic nails, and so on are all really fun.
