I think it must be hard to be an attractive person (woman in this case). You want to be taken seriously and know you have the skills to do a good job but when you get to your first day, you realise everyone is an attractive woman who is wearing nice clothes.
This must feel good in a way, who doesn't want to feel attractive, but also a bit annoying as you feel like you're not taken seriously for your brain or personality.
I would like to say I wouldn't do the same, and I wouldn't hire on looks at my work, but if I was running a bar or something, it must be so hard to override one's own subconscious thoughts.
