Almost every woman I know has experienced this at some point in her life. Most, more than once. That feeling of surprise, shock, fear, paralysis as a hand finds its way to your bottom, or your chest..
Maybe it's at a crowded concert, or a party. Or a more quiet venue like an office. No matter where it is, though, you don't want to cause a scene. So you let it happen.
The unfortunate thing is that being touched like that should really piss me off. It's violating! But of course it doesn't. It makes me feel submissive. And wet. Even if I never get a look at the person, I know I'm going to find myself with my panties on my ankles masturbating to it later.
