You know the feeling well, you go to bed on a Sunday evening with all the best intentions for the week ahead, you're going to start exercising, eat healthier, quit drinking or smoking and by the time Monday evening comes around you're sat on the sofa watching Netflix while you gorge on a tube of Ben and Jerry's ice cream and spiral into a mental state of doom and despair.
If this sounds like you, then I can help! I'm looking for new subs that have a goal in mind, whether that be weight loss, more exercise, better sleep, advancing in your career, whatever you can imagine to take under my wing and help push to become the best version of yourself.
Will it be easy for you? Absolutely not, but that's why you haven't done it so far. I'll hold you accountable to the n'th degree, there will be no slippage and no slacking!
This isn't for the faint hearted so only apply if you are committed, and/or desperate. To help keep you accountable, you will need to produce video diaries, progress photos and journal daily so if you aren't comfortable with any of those then this isn't for you.
