We all love risks, at least to some extent. That's why rollercoasters exist, after all. And sex is no different. Walking that line between excitement and danger is thrilling - like standing at the edge of the top diving board, wondering what would happen if you jumped.
Of course we all do things to mitigate the risk. Seatbelts, safety harnesses, birth control. But deep inside of us there is that feeling that we are missing out. That by sticking to the speed limit we are denying ourselves the fun that we could be having. After all, the chances of the bad thing happening are not that high, are they?
I'm looking to talk to someone who is thinking about playing with fire. Let's talk about how exciting it is to finally take the plunge and stop using protection, and how we've got away with it so far. Let me convince you that taking that risk is the only thing that really makes sense - no matter what your boring friends and family are saying.
Let's live a little.
