Just really feeling overwhelmed lately. Idk why itās hitting hard but it is. Especially sense I just woke up my stress is very.. noticeableā¦ to say the least. Since My job is very physical and I go to the gym regularly so it usually helps mentally to a degree but rn Iām just done. I need something to just shut my brain off so I can actually get some sleep and relax. Whatever suggestions you have Iād love to hear them because Iām so frustrated rn I could punch a wall. The stress is also getting a very āphysicalā reaction out of me which is super annoying. Is that even normal? Like I donāt understand why I get so āexcitedā when Iām this stressed and itās āhard to hideā if you know what I mean. But idk if thatās even ok to do. It feels wrong but itās like the only thing that helps and idk what I should do at this point. Maybe you have some better understanding of this? Anyway hopefully I hear from you soon thanks for reading.
