I got this idea from a podcast I heard a while ago. The basic premise is that a notification would appear on your phone whenever anyone in the world jerked off while thinking about you. Other details can be discussed: Do you see the name of the person who's doing it? Do they know that you are aware of their activity? Can you turn the notifications off or are they on your phone permanently?
I'm mainly just looking to talk about this scenario rather than roleplay, but if we click then maybe we could hash out a bit of a story. Alternately, would you still masturbate to someone if you knew they would know about it? Hope to hear from some of you soon!
