Can big boys ride?

I gotta say I am 6’4 now under 400lbs but my body stores it well so don’t think I look like a ball. Can I ride a dirt bike? My main concern is the bike not being big enough and suspension. Feel free to give recommendations to some bikes if this is possible if not don’t be scared to say it. Would a quad be better?
