Depends what I ride. If it's an xc pedal, no, but if I ride burly terrain, I have knee and elbow pads and a full face

When I ride I always have good boots, stuff knee pads, and a full pressure suit under all the gear you see. Good to be padded up!

My mountain biking is not that extreme but I definitely ride harder and techier stuff on mtb than I do moto!

I had a bucket tear so broken tibial plateau, meniscus, and ACL. Spent the summer on my MTB and finally feeling strong again!
