First off, bike runs great through the gears and on the throttle and idle in neutral. When I am coming to a stop or slowing in 1st or 2nd. I pull the clutch in and the bike will want to die unless I blip the throttle significantly. Literally every time. This is hard to manage at slower trail speeds or at the top of technical hill climbs. I assumed clutch plates were sticking because as I slowed and the bike starts to die, I blip the throttle and it feels like it ‘releases’ and returns to normal idle rpm. Weird part is, basket looks flawless (no grooving) and the plates are all .3-.4mm above limit and the springs are all about 1.5-2mm above limits so they’re good. Fresh oil change and I’ve adjusted the clutch cable at the perch to the point where it is slipping (too tight) and it still dies in first without the throttle blip. Adjusting to a higher idle does not fix the issue either. At a loss here. Anybody got any ideas? Is this just normal?
