I'm trying to figure out if this is an issue for all accounts that pay via Paypal or just me. I need to update my address, and when I try to make the chance via the Directv website by clicking on "Update Info At Paypal", it takes me to the Paypal developer website, sandbox.paypal.com and not the actual Paypal home page. I try to log in, but since I have no developer account it says my account does not exist. If I go to Paypal.com manually and log myself in, it works fine. But if I manually update my address on the Paypal site and then go back to Directv's site, the changes don't transfer over and it doesn't see my new address. There must be a missing link somewhere. I'm on a grandfathered account and my Paypal has been linked since 2019. I've never had an issue like this before the one time I updated my address, but now with the new Directv Stream web interface, it's not working. Does anyone else redirect to sandbox.paypal.com or is it just me?
