Any tips for no show tech visits ?

So I just passed my fourth time being stood up for a tech visit. No email, no call. When I call ATT they just shrug their shoulders and ask if I want to reschedule.
I’ve been a customer 17 years, it’s so beyond me that I’m in this situation. They canceled my service earlier this month because I made the mistake of asking to bundle my internet and tv billing together. I never approved canceling my service, but here I am.
