Dipped for 20 years

I dip red seal wintergreen long cut and recently when I dip a lot I get these huge cuts in my lip so much the dip doesn’t wash out sone stays in and I have to use a toothbrush to get it out and it hurts like hell it took a week to heal up this last time cuz I take pain pills for a pain condition too and it makes me dip more and bigger dips and I dip in the front.anyone else have this problem before and did anything help heal it up?
