What species of terror bird would be best evolved to live in a jungle environment?

I’m doing a worldbuilding project and I’m making a terror bird based on the harpy eagle. Obviously it’s a large predator that lives in thick rainforest so I’m wondering what terror bird should I use as a base? I was thinking Kelenken but I’m wondering whether it has the right adaptations for moving fast through a jungle
