MAKE SURE SINK IS CLEAN BEFOREHAND!!!
I have been doing this for quite some time. The first method I'm going to explain is I fill a sink (preferably a bathroom sink with a mirror on top) with hot water, set my intention, and then leave for 10 minutes. I come back and focus on the other me in the mirror. I fill a cup with water from the sink and drink it. I then wash my face with the water from the sink and then drain it. After a few days I notice small changes and sometimes large. I tried this multiple times with success after a few days.
The second method is a bit more complicated. I light some candles (but you don't have to) and I sit in a dark room and stair into my tv (a black mirror ) and I switch places with my other life small changes happen at first but bigger ones can too.
The final method I have used is to sit in a dark room with a mirror and focus my all my intention and after a period of time my reality will once again change. I really hope this helps and everyone can start doing this as I have had great success with these methods. ( I have many more but these are the most effective in my experience so far. )
