Ako lang ba nakakapansin dito na ang worst ng customer service dito sa Pinas? Like if ever tumawag ka parang wala lang. I mean, the way they handle your concern parang wala lang? Or minsan naman puro mga bot or ai ang sasagot sayo lol! Pinaka worst pa is ang tagal ng resolution nila.
Just to be fair naman base sa experience ko, okay ang customer support ni Lazada and Shoppe pero yung the rest? Especially with digital banks!
Siguro kaya ko rin to nasasabi since ilang taon din ako sa bpo and international clients. Iba talaga ang training and yung way din pano maghandle ng clients concern. I donβt know if ako pang ba?
