I requested to delete my first online account and got a new one because I cannot retrieve any bank accounts.
On my second account, I can only view my salary, withdraw from atm but when it comes to online banking and bank transfers, it won’t let me I keep getting the unsuccessful notification. This was not happening to my first online account.
Raising this concern to their branches won’t sit well with me because I cannot keep up with how slow their minds work that I literally have to use my speaking voice for a kid.
If this isn’t my payroll account I’d already cut this 🤬
