I can't transfer funds from CIMB to other banks

Hi! Kahapon ko pa to problem, medyo nakaka frustrate lang. Kahit anong transfer ko kasi sa iba kong digital banks ayaw talaga. Ang error message nya lagi is "Invalid Account Name - Debtor's Name" kahit na double triple check ko yung details na pag lilipatan ko ng funds error pa din.
Anyone experiencing this too kay CIMB? May ibang way kaya na makaka withdraw sa CIMB without fee?
