Hello, this just happened a few hours ago to me. Someone made six unauthorized transfers from my Maya E-Wallet (almost 4k yung nakuha). Wala akong nakuhang OTP for those six transactions, I even tried to transfer yung natitira to my Gcash account instead kaso insufficient funds na raw aka nakuha na yung laman. I already messaged customer service and filed a dispute via email. So far ang sabi kasi yung transaction was not a transfer but a purchase (categorized as āmerchantā yung name nung nagnakaw) and the āmerchantā would need to approve the transaction within 7-15 days otherwise babalik naman daw yung nakuha. Halos di ko ginagamit ātong Maya account to transfer to people, ginagamit ko lang siya mainly as a virtual bank account. Last year may 17k ako sa Maya E-Wallet, wala naman nangyari doon.
Sa mga naka-experience po ng similar incident, would like to ask if ano pong ginawa ninyo? Did you also send a Purchase Dispute Form also?
Thank you!
