As someone who knows absolutely nothing about piano/digital piano, where to I start given my situation?

I have always been intrigued in learning piano but I've always been in a household where I can't exactly play or practice due to the fact that I'd make noise, triggering pets, bothering half of the neighborhood. Is there something where I can just have a digital piano play solely in my ears while I learn at home? Any steps on where to start would be greatly appreciated :)
