My agency is working on a vaccine campaign and we want to run YouTube ads but our ads are disapproved because of “sensitive events.”
I’ve been in contact with Google Ads support and countless Indian support staff and they keep running me in circles.
Fill out a form, wait five days, nothing happens, fill out a form, wait five days, nothing happens, this has happened 3 times already and we are almost a month late with launch.
Any advice on how to actually ge this damn certificate?
