I own a small business where I sell paintings via auction houses & eBay and making about 1000 -2000 $ per month.
But since 2 years I started my little digital agency for restaurants. Which made me about 500 $ per month for 2 years and then my client went off ..
I spend soo much energy learning sales skills, door to door etc. Watched hours of courses.
Right now in 2021: I have 2 Realtor Clients whom I could not deliver the results because they didn't last longer then 1 month.
And most of the time is going to strategy calls or sending cold outreach following up,
I also had some strategy calls with galleries because I am trying to try this niche out, but duo to lack of results and case studies, I couldn't close yet. But I am currently working on it.
My question to you : What should I do ? Should I only focus on one business, as it should be ? Because the art business is not taking much time.
But the art business needs capital and I invested soo much time in figuring out which cold emails are getting attention in English that's why I want to get English clients as well and German ones too since I live in Austria but it makes my life much harder that way.
What would you do if you look back at your life ? What I am missing ? Or what can I improve ?
