How can I manage my sales team well when I live abroad ?

I now hired some Virtual Sales Team which will close for me on commission. The reason why I want sales reps is that I cant close. I had 12 strategy sessions and couldn't close one!
Gave free trials which I will use for my case studies presentation.
How should let them collect the payment? Stripe ?
What should I give them the line ? Should I use SKYPE for the Calls ?
The company is AUSTRIA ... EUROPE ...shoudl they say that in the calls ?
