XP Pen Star G640s Cursor Off?

I bought a n XP Pen Star G640s as a gift for my sister because she loves drawing on her android phone. I tried it out for warranty reasons and it feels off? Like when I place the phone and the drawing tablet side by side the cursor on the phone feels higher on the screen compared to where the pen tip is actually at. Can anybody help?
