Huion H950P vs Deco 01 v2

Hello, I have a very limited budget. I alread have a wacom ctl 470 that is very old, and I want something new. I've bought a Deco 01 v1 that was faulty (too much sensitivity so when I press the buttons on the pen, the pointer starts shacking). Now I want to choose a tablet with the tilt function. Should I go to the cheaper Huion H950P or the much more expensive Deco 01 v2?
